01 / YOUR COLLECTION
Your brand.
Your gear store.
Branded apparel, ordered individually. Sloop builds your collection so you can outfit your people without buying bulk inventory.
02 / THEIR CHOICE
One team.
Room for every style.
Everyday favorites, better-feeling fabrics and names they know. Build one collection that lets your people choose what fits.
03 / NO LEFTOVER STOCK
Their size.
Their doorstep.
Eligible gear is decorated after purchase and shipped directly. You share the store. Your people order what they need.
Illustrative apparel collection. Final products and decoration are selected with you.
Less organizing.
More wearing.
Give your employees, members or supporters one place to choose their gear. They select a size, pay online and receive their order directly. Eligible items are decorated after purchase, so your organization does not have to stock finished merchandise.
One at a time.
Eligible on-demand products can be ordered individually. No collecting checks, guessing the size mix or handing out every package.
Have a deadline or a larger group order? We can compare a bulk apparel order with the store option.

A thoughtful collection.
A store that feels like you.
We help you choose products people will actually wear, then carry your identity across the collection. Mix useful basics, elevated fabrics and selected name brands without overwhelming shoppers with near-duplicates.

For your business
Create a consistent place for staff to find approved branded apparel. Plan everyday tees, customer-facing polos and work-ready layers.
For your community
Bring schools, clubs and supporters together around a shared identity. If fundraising matters, we will review product pricing, proceeds and reporting before launch.
Six steps.
One simple store.
First, we build your store together. Then your shoppers place their own orders and our fulfillment network handles eligible production and shipping. Here is exactly who does what.

01 / Tell us about your team
You: share your logo, who will shop, budget and target launch date.
Sloop: recommends a focused assortment and provides the setup scope and price.
02 / Choose and approve
Together: choose garments, colors and decoration placements. You approve artwork proofs, shopper prices and ordering policies. We identify any sample or digitizing costs before work begins.
03 / We build. You review.
Sloop: prepares the storefront, product details and size-chart links.
You: review the store and give the go-ahead to launch. We confirm the launch schedule after required assets and approvals arrive.
04 / Share the link
You: announce the store to employees, members or supporters. Share it in email, on your website or with a QR code. There is no need to collect everyone’s sizes or payments.
05 / Shoppers choose and pay
Your shoppers: select a garment, color and size, check the size chart and complete checkout. Merchandise, shipping and applicable taxes are paid according to the store’s checkout options.
06 / Made to order. Shipped directly.
Our fulfillment network: decorates eligible items after purchase and ships to the shopper. Production and transit take time; an event deadline should be discussed before ordering. Sloop remains the contact for order questions.
Know what you’re
signing up for.
Your proposal separates the store setup, artwork preparation and any ongoing management from the prices shoppers pay for merchandise.
Your launch checklist
- Logo or artwork files
- Who will shop and which sizes they need
- Preferred garments and shopper budget
- Target launch date or event deadline
- Any fundraising or ongoing update needs
Start with a focused launch
A branded storefront, selected products, approved artwork placements, product descriptions and size-chart links. We agree on the number of styles and revision rounds before work begins.
Add help as you grow
Seasonal product changes, new artwork and promotional materials can be scoped separately. Optional management is tied to agreed updates and support, with clear fees.
No payment is required to ask about a store. Shipping, samples, digitizing and additional design work are identified in your proposal where applicable.
Your store questions, answered.
Do we have to buy or hold inventory?
Not for eligible on-demand products. Shoppers order the quantities they need, and those products are decorated after purchase. Stocked merchandise and bulk production are separate options.
Can a shopper order just one item?
Yes, for eligible on-demand products in your collection. Shipping and any applicable taxes are additional. We review the full shopping cost when planning your store.
How much does a store cost?
Setup depends on the number of products, artwork readiness and features. We provide a written scope and price before you commit. Ongoing management, if requested, is quoted separately from merchandise.
Can we mix the three collections?
Yes. A store can include accessible essentials, upgraded everyday apparel and selected name-brand products. We help keep the assortment focused and the branding consistent.
Can we offer Nike or Carhartt?
Selected styles are available through our fulfillment network. We confirm the specific product, decoration, colors and sizes for your program before adding it to your store.
How long does setup and delivery take?
Store setup begins after we agree on the scope and receive the required artwork and approvals. We confirm a launch schedule for your project. Shopper orders have separate production and shipping times; tell us about any event deadline before ordering.
What happens if an item does not fit or arrives with a problem?
Check the product size chart before ordering. Custom-decorated items generally cannot be returned for a change of mind or a size-selection mistake. Contact Sloop promptly about damage, defects or incorrect decoration so we can review the issue and coordinate the applicable remedy.
Can the store raise funds for our organization?
We can discuss a fundraising program. The amount built into each eligible product, reporting and payout arrangements are agreed before launch. Fundraising proceeds affect the price shoppers pay.
Can Sloop help with the logo?
Yes. Share the artwork you have, and we will identify any preparation needed for the chosen products. Embroidery requires digitized artwork. Design and digitizing costs are confirmed before that work starts.
Let’s build your
team’s next favorite.
Tell us your organization, who will shop and which collection fits your goals. We’ll help shape the right starting assortment.
Have your logo and a target launch date handy if available.
