Before we get started.
Can I place an order directly on this site?
This site helps you explore options and start a conversation. Sloop prepares a quote around your project, then works with you to confirm the details before production.
What should I include in a quote request?
Tell us what you are making, the approximate quantity, your deadline and delivery location. Add artwork or a reference when you have one. For apparel, include garment preferences and sizes; for a website, include your current URL and goals.
Can you help with the design?
Yes. Share your idea and any existing brand materials. We can discuss graphic design, artwork preparation or website design as part of your project.
Do you do embroidery in-house?
Yes. Sloop offers in-house embroidery for suitable garments and accessories, including polos, hats, jackets and bags. The artwork, fabric and decoration location guide the production approach.
Can you work with customers outside Connecticut?
Tell us where your project is going. We coordinate the service and delivery requirements with you and confirm the details in your quote.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on the project, artwork readiness, materials, quantity and production requirements. Include your deadline when you contact us so we can discuss an achievable schedule.
